a great brotherhood, camaraderie and all around family to one another

i take a lot of pride in my job. i love seeing people observe us because they may have never seen it done before.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i believe we work in dangerous, hot, rainy, humid enviroments doing quite strenuous tasks day in and day out. The economy and pay does not always match up.
