Their Flexibility with my schedule.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive attitudes and flexibility with each others schedules. Respect for each others time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A larger raise to compensate for the large inflation hike. Also less out of pocket for health insurance. I also regret signing up for the FSA Dependent care savings. It's very complicated and laborious to get your own money out to pay providers and you can't change the amount taken out easily.
