honestly nothing would make me happier than getting the hourly wage i feel and know i deserve
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work we do does not reflect in our pay there is no way our starting pay is the same as Best Buy when we are working in hazardous conditions and are on our feet more than 8 hours a day I feel underpaid and under valued as a Lamar employee.
