
They are very communicative. I feel like I can go to them with any problem and we work together to find the right solutions.
I like that it is customizable. You can pick and choose which coverage, and that we are heard when we make suggestions for change.
Very friendly. We all have a great work ethic and strive to not only reach our goals, but to help those around us reach theirs too.
The most positive is the people. Even when we are swamped and have a hard time completing daily tasks, we still find a way to get along, help each other out, and get everything done in a timely manor.
The thing I like best about my leadership team is that they are available for help and guidance when I or another team member needs them. They are professional and able to explain things in different ways so that everyone understands and is on the right page.
Everyone gets along. It's not a struggle to come to work, worrying about having to avoid others is not an issue. If there is an issue, we go to the person and it is resolved usually without assistance from managers or supervisors. We all get along so well.
I like that everyone genuinely cares about everyone here. I always have someone to talk to about what's going on, and I don't have to worry about the gossip mill. Instead, more people come to encourage me. In turn, when someone else is going through it, we are there for them too.
