Everyone tries to get to know each other even when you're not in their direct team. We try to celebrate everyone so we all know we're appreciated.

My manager always takes the time to make sure we feel heard. He always takes in whatever we say and we work as a team to make the best decisions for everyone. He's also really good at seeing where everyone's strengths are and placing us where we fit best.
