Fairly new employee. Leadership team, for the most part, is helpful and understanding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I bring a lot of professional experience to the table which I have acquired by being in leadership positions in previous employment. I'm a administrative assistant now, by choice, but I don't need tasks quite so "dummied down" to understand how to complete them and contribute to Lamar's bottom line
