Nice people. No problems except they like to talk behind others, backs and single people out.

Doing multiple jobs for single pay. Being tasked with things not in original scope of job

People skills. Understanding problems that employees have and working with them. Being nice or even acting like they care.

Care, respect, gathering information on situations and not making rash desicions. Understanding what is important to the team. Respect. Did i say respect yet.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

New managers it proper training on how to treat people woth respect. They are homophobic, trans phobic and put down anyone theat doesnt go along with their religious or political views.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Direction needs to come feom home office. The hust make up rules and change them when they want. Also they need to treat everyone equaly. They make it clear if they like you or not.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Watching the managers go to lunch every day on the company with the staff members they like or think are attractive. Spending hundreds of dollars and then saying there's no money for a raise. Its gross.
