completing my emails and my co-workers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to our ideas and sometimes implement new ways of doing tasks because of what we shared.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team works super hard but are still the friendliest, most caring and funniest people I know.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do my job and not have someone micro managing. Our leadership team gives us space and are confident that we know exactly what to do and will get it done in a timely fashion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid a little more to compensate the sometimes heavy workload would make me feel more valued. Also, the standard of living is at an all time high right now and raising the pay rate would ease that pain as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lamar is always inclusive when it comes to culture. Whether its for holidays, company sponsorships or just company events, they understand and recognize that there are all types of people that work here and they show it. The environment reflects the same and is very positive.
