I love Lamar and bleed green! Overall super happy, I do think that working here 10 years that I should qualify for more earned time off like some longer time employees do

I like getting the added monthly bonuses My hard work putting into the team is well rewarded both financially and mentally

My GM is hands on and takes the time to explain to me the ins and outs of the daily grind. Shares with me the financial statement and helps me to understand what my role may be one day and those expectations
