Started out great. I now have concern with middle management coming through with their promises.

Lots of group building activities like ArtCon

They fight for us to get what we deserve.

When I am able to convince customer that less is more.

Being told that the customers loved my art by the AE's.

We are allowed to work from home if we need to relocate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise would be great. 3% a year is nothing with inflation.

I will hopefully be given a cost of living raise when I have my yearly review. When that happens, yes, I will feel more compensated.
