The company benefits and work life balance is the absolute best. However, compensation on the administrative side of the business and advancement opportunities is not the best.

Lamar is one of the best companies to work for. It's one of those companies that once your in...you don't leave. It has everything an employee looks for with benefits and work life balance. That's something that is way more valuable than cash at times.

I feel my position carries to many hats/responsibilities but the pay does not accurately reflect that.

Everyone is vested in the you as a valuable person on the team and also care about you on a personal level

We respect each other and work great together. The diversity on team brings bright fresh perspective to all areas of the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we get fabulous perks because the pay is so low. I would rather get paid what I am worth if that meant taking away the perks.
