i wish i made more money based on what the Corporation makes. the workers do the grunt work which makes the CEO successful.

i've been here for over 22 years and i feel like I am a valuable asset to the company and my department. i feel like in order to keep valuable assets, pay the people that want to work and do a good job more money in order to keep them upbeat and trying
