Everyone is so experienced that I feel there is no problem we cannot handle as a cohesive unit and that gives us great confidence.

They're real people. They know you by name. They want you to succeed in your personal life by helping to provide a successful work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our best days are our team building days. Whenever we get the chance to celebrate someone or some accomplishment it is a great time for everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a young adult, I feel I am set up for retirement better than 90% of people my age and that is largely in part to what Lamar offers for compensation and benefits for my position.
