At first, it was hard to learn all Lamar processes, systems, applications, goal setting, etc. Now, I understand them and feel comfortable in my work environment and enjoy seeing each year as we continue to grow. I am excited about all the new digital panels.

Our General Manager. Great leader for all of us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hitting my sales goals while satisfying my managers' needs and expectations of sales team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some experienced veterans with some newer team members allow for wide range of views and helping others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Love it all!! Goal spiffs, occasional extra plant spiffs when offered, time off and holidays to recharge my sales "battery", and great healthcare/401K match/HSA/Stock options.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our GM is the best leader. He leads by example. He continually looks for ways for our plant to grow. Plus, he works past the 8-5 as needed. He help keeps everyone focused on the end game.
