Team, Comradery, Learning about their families. I know most work hard to make Lamar successful.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Buy in. Not a lot if any at all, teamwork in our office, communication is unacceptable in our office.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Working many years to build a career, people walk through the door without investing one day in Lamar and make more money than myself.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Accountability. Not everyone is able to work on their own with zero supervision, some need to be held accountable. Maybe I am old school.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do feel undervalued. There is so much invested in recruiting, there needs to be more in retention, we are valued employees working hard to make Lamar successful. Average cost of turnover for a tenured employee is roughly $54,000-$120.000

What makes you most happy at work?

Leaving for the day knowing my work is caught up. I am Offc Mgr, Billing Corr., A/R Clerk, A/P Clerk, Charting Mgr, Scheduler. I work on 50% of budget and fixed assets to name a few. A multitude of spreadsheets to keep up daily, I handle most PSA. These are the main duties.
