they are personable, caring and always willing to work with me anytime there is an issue or a project to complete.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my job title and the number associated with it (level 1, 2, 3,etc.) determines my compensation and that my my past work history and years of experience isn't taken into consideration . I do not see a clear path of advancement for my position.
