Lamar corporate seems to have it together. Local mangement not so much. Managers do not participate in community events, charities, PSAs. GM is rarely seen, and SM has more local business than the sales reps. I had high expectations but learning from other staff to just "deal with it".
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a great team to work with in the office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're fun, creative, easy to approach and ask questions, always willing to help, very funny, a pleasure to be around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always coming up with ways to be innovative and a leader in our industry. I love the creativity of this company! The opportunity to meet and network with other markets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The employees are friendly and wonderful yo work with. We all look forward to morale boosting events, celebrating wins, holidays but find it very deflating when management ignores suggestions or waits for employees to coordinate themselves. At least my coworkers still have hope.
