Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Lamar overall is a great company to work for, my complaints are at the plant level with certain members of management and others. There is a lack of consistency from management and the standard to which certain employees are held.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is an extreme lack of communication and consistency from the sales manager which handcuffs many other departments
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many members of the sales team have very poor communication with other departments and do not reply to emails which causes a delay in accomplishing simple tasks
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The General Manager is wonderful, he is encouraging and supportive. He recognizes hard work and dedicated employees and does all in his power to help and support those who do their job well.
