What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our department makes it a point to do fun things in the office together and take a couple days a year out of the town
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies pay more for this position and offer benefits such as helping pay for adoption and rewarding longterm employees with a pension. However, it's nice that Lamar limits overtime, gives yearly increases/inflation raises, 401k match, family insurance, long and short term disability.
