Since each plant is run by the GM, I understand my experience with Lamar may be completely different than someone else's experience. With Lamar being such a large company though I hope to see them advancing in more PTO opportunities, remote work, etc. Still seems old school practices in place.

Small group, most are very helpful.

Building relationships with my clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More PTO and better compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I often times believe our plant culture is not positive.
