We are a community that acts like a family and that is such a difficult balance, however, Lamar's approach to supporting every team member makes this rare combination happen. I discovered Lamar in 2004 and am thrilled that I am a member of this phenomenal organization!

They are empathetic, encouraging and engaged in the community.

It's very comprehensive and affordable, especially for a large family.

The culture is exciting and supportive, while the environment is calm and collected.

The challenges, pace, meeting new people everyday and being able to have a balanced home life.

We support each other while maintaining a sense of healthy competitiveness, which is a rare environment with most sales teams.

Starting the morning off with a cup of coffee and motivating each other to compete, win and learn from our shot-comings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The premiums are low and much more comprehensive compared to other large companies I've worked for. The HR department is incredibly supportive and always on point!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even with our plant's autonomous nature, it is apparent that it trickles down from the top and that is something that keep me smiling every morning before I go to the office.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunities of every day are better with Lamar because of the culture, supportive leadership and we an abundance of resources that create a higher level of standards that I've not seen in a long time. I learn something new every day!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been in sales for 20 years and our leadership team at #424 is the best team I've ever been a part of! I feel supported, encouraged and am finding new ways I can apply my own skill set here. I plan to retire from Lamar and can't wait to see what the future holds!
