I truly like working at Lamar, sometimes the direction in which we choose to evolve makes me nervous. Many platforms and duplications on platforms. Even with these challenges I have some really amazing coworkers to work with.

I am paid fairly for my work.

I love helping others and getting this accomplished.

We have some ppl who would always help at any ask.

Communication and truly take feed back on programs we have to use daily. there are so many.

We have some really amazing ppl to reach out to if you have questions about things. They are always willing to help.

I think they are very removed form day to day biz and sometimes make decisons that add lots of stress on invidiual depts.
