Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my compensation if it was higher for a long term employees. Right now if you go anywhere else, starting wage is higher for new employees instead of the current long term employees. Long term employees know their job instead of new employees starting higher.
