What are some of the best things about your team?
I have developed some great connections amongst some of my coworkers within and outside of my department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love to trips to the Lamar Farm, the Christmas parties and the out of office events that we are offered.
What makes you most happy at work?
I appreciate the autonomy and trust given to me, allowing me to work independently without constant micro- management or supervision at times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One, I like how personable every one is from the Executives and on, everyone that I have come across is friendly and thoughtful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well, I feel undervalues because although I consistently go above and beyond in my role, taking on additional responsibilities and delivering great results , I made more with the temp agency as a contract employee then what I make as a full-time employee.
