Everyone works together and respects each other--we all care. I actually work from home most of the time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be great if the salary was better for AE's. Commission could also be better also--would love to see the "New Business" bonus come back
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have David Halpin as GM and Austin Martin as Sales Manager--the best that you can ever have. The best leadership I have ever had in my life and I'm 60 years old! Thanks to them, I love my job!
