Working for Lamar for over 17 years I appreciate the flexibility and understanding the company has with it's employees when it comes to their families outside of the company.

Supporting colleagues and offering compassion and kindness in times of need.
What makes you most happy at work?
having a sense of purpose & feeling valued. Having flexibility when family issues arise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We hold each other accountable while still helping one another when needed. We are able to laugh and enjoy the rollercoaster rides as they come.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication skills, more team oriented for more than just the sales team, not undervaluing office staffs contributions & when increasing work load properly assessing compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My skills & abilities are not valued & are taken for granted. I feel overlooked when it comes to my abilities within the company. I'm expected to do more without being properly compensated. New employees are being hired at higher compensation while long term employees are stagnant. Which is unfair.
