We all get along very well, and there's a good energy in the workplace. It's a nice balance between productivity but also caring about each other as individuals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the hard work I put into clients and campaigns pay off, literally and figuratively. I enjoy when my clients have tangible success as a result of billboard advertising.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team in Colorado Springs is incredible. Our GM, SM, and the Ops Manager are all compassionate, driven, and respectful of everyone on the team. They see us as individuals, not just employees. We could not ask for a better work environment.
