Lamar has been a great company to work for.

What makes you most happy at work?

Talking to some clients/ customers

What makes you most happy at work?

Helping clients see results, and getting positive feedback from them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most people in our office are friendly with each other, and understand how to act professionally in a work environment, and that's a great attribute.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Out office's leadership team has stayed consistent for a while now, so it's nice that there's not a high turnover with them. Really allows you to get to know personalities.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

A lot of my coworkers are great. It's the people with management titles that could use some work. And when it's the people with power that leave a bad taste in your mouth, that shows a lot more.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I think discretion is a big issue in my office. Some people of power don't know what that word means, and nothing is done about it. I think more people would be more comfortable if we could trust some of those in positions of authority.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are limited job titles here. Just because you fall under a certain title, doesn't mean you don't have additional duties that someone else in another location wouldn't have. It would be great to be paid according to all of your responsibilities, & not just a title you're assigned.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm lumped into a generic job title that isn't a fair representation of what I do, or what skills I need. But since I'm already at the higher end, I have no room to get a raise. Being able to ask for more than a 3% raise, and actually get it, would be a huge game changer.
