I feel so blessed to work for a company that is successful and actually cares about their people. I can sum it up that on the weekends when I am with friends and family and they are all complaining about their jobs/company...I tell them I can't relate. I love Lamar, this place changed my life!

Having a purpose and working with likeminded people that are driven.

They give me boundaries and set me loose to work within the boundaries without micromanaging me.

We all work very well together. That is not to say we do not have conflict/issues. It is more of how we handle it when it comes up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lamar is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. There was a time that the pay was low, but they have made strides to improve this and add extra benefits.
