Small team. Lots of autonomy so far.
What makes you most happy at work?
Smiling faces and a couple of paychecks each month.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual salary. I've really not had time to look into much else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Haven't met any "victims" yet. Or excuse-makers. That's rare, in my experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Can't speak to anyone outside of IT, but within IT we just seem to focus on work, and getting things done. That's all I ask for.
