Talking down to subordinates; co-workers will run to their manager to get anyone and everyone in trouble if they can
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low for the geographic area; I do work out of the scope of my role but more pay or an additional sliding scale based on my additional responsibilities will never be considered.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No room for work life balance; company won't change policies to be consistent with current and post-Covid work (no hybrid schedules are allowed and only chosen corporate staff are allowed to work from home)
