Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be compensated more in line with sales, as often their success is predicated on the success of everyone else around them. To not be referred to as "support staff".

There is no opportunity for any type of advancement and for the past two years I have been told not to expect a raise because I fall at the top of some arbitrary pay scale for my position
