I have worked hard to advance in my company in the 19 years that I have been here. The opportunities present themselves to those who put forth the effort and prioritize helping others.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been here for almost 19 years. It's had its ups and downs. I have wanted to advance my career within the company for years, but despite acquiring an MBA and taking part of several nonprofit executive committees as well as achieving certifications, there are no opportunities in my vector.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendliness and encouragement to learn.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are talented and helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the health insurance, 401k and stock program equally.

When conversations happen, they are mostly cheerful as opposed to complaining.

We are supportive of each other. It is not a competitive environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I am able to help others achieve goals.

When we finish our workload for the day instead of leaving work undone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are taking a modern strategic approach to adapting to the dramatically changing economy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I should be paid more for having an MBA. I am also part of the Creative Circle, and that does not pay anything extra.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am excited about the Lamar Emerging Leaders program. I tried out the first year it was implemented, but I did not make the final cut. I am going to try again in 2024. I appreciate that Lamar sees the need to develop its leadership base.
