I love the company, coworkers and vacation/holiday benefits are wonderful. I've worked for the company over 15 years. However, my wage is considerably lower than normal.

We have all worked together for many years and just feel like a family.

I love that we get to work with so many different clients - makes the day go very quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New employees STARTING wages are close to 15+ year employees in non-commission jobs. Focus is always on new employees and long term employees are financially neglected. It is very disheartening.
