Just a great place to work all things considered
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has been a great job to have straight out of college. I almost feel spoiled compared to my friends who have been less than lucky in comparison. My office feels like a family, and are so understanding and flexible.

My coworkers when we are all in office

In our office it is like a family all the way through the leadership

In our office it feels like a real work family and so in leading it is always positive, helpful, and constructive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe there is room to more adequaltely compensate administrative staff as (in my plant at least) we are a huge part of the sales team and in keeping things moving and getting done. This applies to time off as well.
