I'm selling more this year and making less than I did in the past. The commission plan needs to be redesigned.

There are a lot of great incentives and opportunities. But, sometimes if you do good too long in a row you step on your own toes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The majority of us are like family. There are a couple of bad apples, but overall we get along well and it's a fun place to be at with good people.
