I feel like Lamar is a great company to work for. It has been my "Dream Job" my whole career. However, I feel that I am not compensated fairly for my experience and my proven track. I need to make more money to continue to stay at Lamar. I make a rookie salary. I love my job but need to earn more!

I think Lamar is a GREAT company and values their employees. I had wanted to work at Lamar MY entire career. It truly is MY dream job!

Meeting new prospects and helping them grow their business and learn about their business.

I like for the most part that we help each other when needed. I would like for us to get together more often and do community functions as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like when MY budget is met that there should be some compensation NOT just when the plant makes the budget. I also feel like our commission structure is low to average when compared to other media and competitors in our market.

I have had over 30 years of experience in the advertising and marketing field and 10 of those years in outdoor. I have been at Lamar 2 years and I am making a rookie salary (someone off the streets with no experience). I have a proven track record and have over 80% of my territories sold out.
