I love what I do and the product I sell. I just wish we had budget for more labor help, maintenance of structures, equipment and tree cutting.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's good mix of backgrounds, ages, male/female and every one gets along, jokes and makes the best of our time together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see higher commission percentages especially out of market and shared accounts. Car allowance is entirely too low and doesn't even cover the cost of gas. No expenses are paid. Client lunches are all out of pocket. Budgets aren't allows fare or attainable decreases commission %.
