I love that I am given the freedom to work independently and that they trust my proven abilities, however I hate that I seem undervalued and rarely get positive reinforcement, it should not be assumed that I am valued and appreciated

The fact that I am very good at what I do and employees from other markets recognize it and show appreciation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly I only get a 3% raise, it is never based on my ability to do my job even though I am available to them 24/7. I have been with the company for 20 years and because I'm admin get paid significantly less than the A/E's no matter my performance

I feel that we deserve more than the 3% raise we get each year since cost of living is so much higher. I have been with the company for 20 years I know I deserve more, especially since the A/E's get a car allowance and phone paid and they hardly come to the office. There should be $ for Admin staff
