We have a staff of experienced and mature people who respect each other and look after each other.

My direct manager Ivan Garcia is a super positive and motivating manager. He understands the nuances of sales and his management style has made our team much better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our commission was recently changed and is based on us hitting our budget and national hitting budget which in a down economy is unreasonable. In addition this market is one of the most expensive places to live.

commission structure has been changed for the benefit of Lamar and not the employee. Commission % is now based on hitting our budgets at the same time production is no longer counted towards budgets. There is compensation tied to the plant (National) hitting budget which is out of our control
