Ivan is positive, upbeat, realistic, motivating and flexible. He's not a mirco-manager...the autonomy and respect is a breath of fresh air.

We enjoy being together and want one another to succeed. We can be vulnerable and ask 'dumb' questions even if we've been here 15 years. ;)
