Lamar as a company has been great, we have had some management changes in our office in the last couple of years and it has made a huge difference, for the better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses and incentives we are offered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get along so well, we're constantly laughing together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Most of my coworkers are great to be around.

The flexibility, I'm not sitting at a desk all day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a family away from home. We all work great together, it's a good age mix.

We all get along very well for the most part, and enjoy being around each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher commission percentages. We work very hard to meet our budgets and it does not show in our paychecks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our sales manager is very driven, and helps each and everyone one of her sales team members to achieve their goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our sales manager keeps us together and happy as a time. She goes out of her way to make the culture in our office fun and energetic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Andrea, is the absolute BEST. She actually cares about us, and wants us to do our best. She will help us get to that point if we're in a slump.
