Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As inflation rises as well as good as services, it would be nice to receive a pay raise to offset some cost. Back in 2021, I lost $13K of my base due to covid impact on the business and it would be nice to give it back even it was was over the course of 2 years.
