I have loved my time working here thus far. I am just not pleased with the pay rates and the yearly 3% pay increases. Rates of the economy are increasing too drastically for a 3% increase to suffice. That really needs to be reconsidered in my opinion.

That i am being forced to learn new branding tactics everyday that helps with my future skills and endeavors
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel with the rate at which rent and cost of living is increasing, i believe there should be higher pay to adjust. the 3% pay increase is not enough to keep long term employees with rates increasing so drastically. Its a major deterring factor for me.
