It has been a great experience so far. I really don't have any thing to complain about.

We get along well, and care about each other as people rather than just as a coworker

I think we are all team players and get along well, which makes the work environment much more enjoyable

When I accomplished something and have done if with my best effort and their is a positive overcome at the end, also figuring out problems\issues
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I sometimes feel that there is a lot of reasonability and wear many hats and do not always get compensated for everything that you take on each and everyday.

I think we all take on alot of work in the office, and we are really doing the job of two people. I don't think I am underpaid, but a few dollars more an hour would be acceptable to make up for the extra work we are doing on a daily basis
