I love working here. My main issue is that I feel the salary for an artist doesn't compare to other fields and not even close to a sales rep.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better compensation for the years of work & also the option for some time of commission compensation incentive. Also, the option for paid unused PTO
