Lamar Is great, there are many issues and problems at the local level with Philadelphia/Reading. The people at the top have not taken the time to learn the Huge metro market of Philadelphia and try to treat it like the 147th media market of Reading. It's a completely different beast.

Everyone is very well experienced in sales. Great personalities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Supposed to be uncapped commission. Large emphasis on new and hitting goals.

I love the job. It's different every day and I can help customers increase their brand awareness and sales... everyone is more successful!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lamar in general is an amazing company with great benefits and career growth opportunities. A lot of that is stinted at the local plant level (ours particularly)
