Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lamar puts wages on their job postings. New hires in lateral & entry level positions with no Lamar experience or outside skills needed are starting at wages similar or more than mine. I'd like compensation reviewed & adjusted based on experience, workload & nature of the job.
