When customers are happy, I'm happy. Without customers, we don't have a business
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Please and thank you are needed more. Patience between coworkers, education from management, and communication between AE's and office personnel has to improve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am undervalued. I work 2 jobs to make ends meet. I need a cost of living raise to get back to a good work life balance and not have to work 2 jobs.
