What makes you most happy at work?

Doing a good job...and interacting with everyone.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people are the best. Everyone tries.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We talk to each other and can joke around. We all care about each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being treated more like a salaried worker. They can run out anytime for their personal appointments, while I have to let my GM know and then either take PTO or make my time up. No getting my nails done in the middle of the day like some of the salaried employees.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

As far as the local leadership team is concerned, we're on our 4th GM. We are a very successful group, both front employees and operations. He has come in and clamped down on everything, basically taking the fun out of work. Instead of observing and learning he has made sure we know he's the boss
